Eco-Purge Professional series grill units are combined cooking systems equipped with a built-in electrostatic filter and aspirator system. 

The units include all components for grilling businesses. Thanks to its structure that does not require installation, you can carry it wherever you want. 

You can do cooking. You can obtain a chimney license thanks to the documents of the integrated filter system. 

You can add or remove the features we offer as options for our units yourself.

Net Cooking Area

This option specifies the net area in which the unit can cook. The charcoal grill of the 50x100 cm model has clear dimensions of 50 x 100 cm. 

Dimensions may vary for Gas and Electric grill options. 

Grill Type

The main feature of Grill Units is that they provide the opportunity to barbecue without disturbing the environment by filtering smoke and optionally odor. 

The barbecue area is independent of the unit. If you wish, you can use your own barbecue by simply purchasing the unit. 

     Electric Barbecue;  This electric-powered barbecue can be purchased as Plate, Cast, Cast Slotted or Cast Grooveless, depending on preference. 

     Gas Barbecue;  It can be purchased with cylinder or natural gas depending on preference. The grill section can be Plate, Cast, Cast Corrugated or Cast Grooveless. 

     Charcoal Barbecue;   This option consists of a traditional charcoal barbecue. The inside comes completely covered with fire brick. The grill section is corrugated or 

                                     It can be preferred as square iron. Kokorec apparatus can be added. Optionally, it can be made entirely of stainless steel. 

Odor Filter

The units come standard with a smoke and grease trap Electrostatic Filter. Electrostatic Filters filter smoke completely while reducing odor by 40-50%. 

Although this ratio is sufficient for most businesses, it may be necessary to add an additional Active Carbon filter to eliminate odor. With the addition of an Active Carbon filter, odor is reduced by 80-85%. 

Glass Backrest  

The units have a closed back as standard. The standard product is sufficient for use by leaning it against the wall. However, if it will be used as a showcase front, a Glass Backrest can be purchased. 

The Glass Back option includes replacing the barbecue back with a single piece of heat-resistant 8mm tempered glass. You can examine this option in the product photos.

Rear Facade Advertising Area and Wooden Cladding 

The working façade of standard units includes an illuminated advertising area and wooden cladding. Any text or "Logo" you want can be embroidered in this advertising area.

In addition to the standard unit, you can also add an illuminated advertising area and wooden cladding to the outdoor area. Advertising area color and wood texture can be selected according to preference.
