Returns of products that are custom-made for commercial use are not possible. For non-custom individual products, you have a legal return right of 15 days as determined by law. All our products are dispatched via Shipping and Warehousing. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer. You will be informed of the shipping cost before dispatch. Upon your confirmation, the product will be shipped. For international orders, the customs processing is handled by our company and no additional fee is charged.
