2. SUBJECT:
This Pre-information Form is intended to inform the buyer about the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically from the seller's website located at ......., the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

4. DELIVERY:
4.1. The product subject to the contract is delivered to the buyer or a third party/organization designated by the buyer, depending on the distance of the buyer's location, without exceeding thirty (30) days legally. Non-compliance by the seller grants the buyer the right to terminate the contract for a justifiable reason. In case of such termination, if there is any fee collected from the buyer upon conclusion of the contract, including delivery costs, the seller is obliged to refund it within three business days from the date of the termination notification, including legal interest as required by relevant legislation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Under the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts:

5.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason and without incurring penalties.

5.2. Withdrawal notification can be made in writing to support@havmak.com. However, the buyer can also exercise the right of withdrawal under the same conditions during the period from the conclusion of the contract to the delivery of the product. It is mandatory that the notification of withdrawal is in writing, and the burden of proof for such notification rests with the consumer.

5.3. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the original invoice of the product/service delivered to the buyer or a third party must be returned to the Seller. If not returned along with the product, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, will not be refunded. The buyer must write "return invoice" on the invoice and sign it when returning the product using this right.

COMPLAINTS AND RESOLUTION METHOD:

The buyer can communicate all complaints about the product subject to sale to the seller at the address mentioned above. Complaints received by the seller will be reviewed by authorized units determined by the seller and responded to within a reasonable time frame.
