Every product you purchase is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. You can return the product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery without opening/damaging the packaging and without using the product. Please return the product with a letter or return form that includes the product invoice and your order number. Open and check any packages you suspect were damaged during shipment in the presence of the delivery company’s representative. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept it and have a damage report filed with the shipping company. Remember that by accepting the product, you acknowledge that the shipping company has fully completed its duty.

Returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged in any other way are not accepted. The customer is obligated to return the product in the condition it was delivered and is liable for compensating any loss in commercial value if the product has been used.

If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the price of the returned product will be refunded within ten (10) days from when it reaches us. The refund to your credit card may take between 2-6 weeks by your bank; our company does not control this timing. If any issues such as opening, spoilage, breaking, damaging, tearing, or use are detected in the product or packaging, and the product cannot be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, the return will not be accepted, and the cost will not be refunded.

For defects that may arise after the product has reached the customer, please contact the authorized service centers of the manufacturer. In cases where returns are made in compliance with the above conditions, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

Refunds via bank transfer will be processed within 2 business days, and credit card refunds within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect the credit card refund on the same day. In this case, you should contact your bank's credit card service. After the "Order Canceled" alert appears for your order, the full amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank account you used for the transfer. For installment sales, refunds made by your bank will be reflected as a positive balance on your credit card each month.
