"Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection" covers products purchased for individual use that are not customized and intended for end users. Products purchased for commercial activities and intended for commercial use are not covered by this law and cannot be returned. Every product you purchase is under the manufacturer's warranty.

You can return the product you have purchased within seven (7) days from the delivery date without opening/damaging/altering the packaging and without using the product. Return the product with a letter or return form that includes the product invoice and your order number.

Please open and check packages that you suspect were damaged during shipment in the presence of the delivery company's representative. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have the delivery company document the damage. Remember that accepting the product implies that you acknowledge that the delivery company has fully completed its duty.

Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered in any other way are not accepted. The customer is obligated to return the product in the same condition as it was delivered, and if used, is liable for compensating any loss in commercial value due to usage.

If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the price of the returned product will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment it reaches us. The refund to your credit card can take between 2-6 weeks by your bank; our company does not control this timing. If any opening, spoilage, breaking, damaging, tearing, usage, or similar conditions are detected in the product and packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer, the return will not be accepted, and the price will not be refunded.

For defects that occur after the product has been delivered to the customer, please contact the authorized service centers of the manufacturing company.

In cases where returns are made in compliance with the above conditions, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer. Refunds via bank transfer will be processed within 2 business days, and credit card refunds within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect the credit card refund on the same day. In this case, you should contact your bank's credit card service. After the "Order Canceled" alert appears for your order, the full amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank account you used for the transfer. For installment sales, refunds made by your bank will be reflected as a positive balance on your credit card each month.
